Email being Grey Listed

My email address has been grey listed because I used a gmail email to send a message through RE NXT. Has anyone had this experience?

@Denise McAdoo - Welcome to BB Community! I want to make sure I am understanding what happened. Did you used a gmail email address to send an email through NXT Email Marketing, instead of your work email address? And now that gmail email address is grey-listed within NXT?

@Austen Brown Thank you, Austen. Yes, I sent the email from a volunteer gmail with the reply to as my work email. Both were greylisted.

@Austen Brown They are both greylisted by Google and Microsoft because “message has to pass through Gmail servers it breaks agreements on their free accounts and the reply address then also shows as originally sent from servers with no spf or dkim record”

@Austen Brown BB has said it is a problem on our end. Our IT Department have said it is a Google/Microsoft issue. I'm curious to know if anyone send NXT emails from a gmail address.

@Denise McAdoo - It sounds like you are between a rock and a hard place. Is your org still able to send emails via NXT?

@Denise McAdoo This may not help now that you're account is greylisted, but if sending bulk emails via NXT it's imperative to set up SPF/DKIM on your domain so you can avoid ending up on black/greylists.
