Front Desk Membership Sales Commissions/Incentives

Hello,

We currently have a commission structure to incentivize our Visitor Services staff to sell memberships at the desk. Currently, we have each staff member record their own sales. I would like to make the process a little more automated for our Finance office. I wondered if there is a query that anyone has built that shows a total number of memberships sold in a month. I know I can search by user in the TRAP report, but it would be lovely to see it all in one place!

Thanks in advance! I'd also love to know about how other museums structure their incentive programs for staff… feel free to share what works for you.
