Donor name appears in BBMS transaction report as "Cardholder Visa" when card is processed with the MobilePay Terminal

@Duane Waite, you should double-check with Support, but I believe this is normal for transactions that are only taken by card swiper. We have a few entries the same from one of our book sale events. I am guessing that BBMS identifies the records that already exist in your database, because of an email or card number match, but it is not designed (as web forms are) to capture donor information for entering into RE.

Partly, this respects consent regulations, as a one-time purchaser may not intend to sign up for a newsletter. If you want to capture donor information, I suggest you have a second “subscribe” form available on your device for donors to also enroll their name and contact info.

@Duane Waite I tested the readers when we first received them and found that when you tap the credit card, it doesn't capture the cardholder name. At our events, to avoid that, we use the chip reader or swiper on the side of the device.
