Hi, is anyone else having issues with bank feeds not loading? We lost our bank connection a couple of weeks ago and no one at Blackbaud seems too interested in resolving the issue. They say the problem is with Yodlee. We're having to do bank recs manually this month.

    @David Dover Our bank feeds used to be down monthly, for at least a week at a time, which rendered them basically useless. Ever since the upgrade last month, the bank feeds were giving an error. Since Nov 1, they are listed as “successful” but with no transactions available, so we have been working manually since mid-September.

    @David Dover we have been experiencing the same issues as you and James. We have an open ticket with BlackBaud and they have escalated it to the engineering department with Yodlee; however, it is very slow going with minimal responses. Prior to the Yodlee update in October, our bank feeds seemed to never be 100%…it would be on again/off again situation. I've been working with them on our issues for probably 2 years. I'm hoping this gets resolved soon!

    @Lori Conrad Our issues are similar. Bank feeds have never been at 100% and now they have been down for almost two months.

    They just did the upgrade on December 1 and we've lost our bank feed. They said that our bank is not supported by Yodlee. It was working (kind of) until December 1 and now we do not have it. What else can we expect from upgrades? Instead of added and improved functionality we are not getting functionality at all. Very frustrating!
