editing Blackbaud ID invite notification

Can anyone help me? I have edited this message to make it more personal to our school, but when I send parents a reminder invite to create their BBID, they just receive the stock message, not the edited version I created. What am I doing wrong? Rachel

    If you're using both Core and Enrollment management, you'll want to be sure you've edited the notification in both places in BEM.

    Blackbaud ID invite (Core)

    When inviting someone from the Core profile or from the Blackbaud ID authentication page in Core, then the Blackbaud ID invite is sent.

    EMS BBID Invite

    When inviting someone from the Blackbaud ID authentication page in Enrollment management or through the candidate inquiry/application process, the EMS User Invited to BBID notification is sent.

    @Bryan Lorenzo and @Jessi Walters I have an open support ticket that is likely related to this; I think notifications are on the blink across the system. I've also made changes that are not being reflected, I've tried to make notifications active but the change doesn't commit, etc. I have a feeling that all of this is tied together somehow.

    @Rachel Butler's problem isn't exactly the same as mine, but it's close enough to make me think that they're probably at least in the same ballpark. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated, and thanks for prioritizing!
