Anyone using Clever/OneRoster to sync data and the "School Levels" in Blackbaud cause sync issues to 3rd party systems?

I have a school that uses Clever and OneRoster to sync data into Toddle & Level Learning and they see data sync issues…that seem to be due to Blackabud's set up of School Levles…and Clever cannot handle the differing levels and this causes data inconsistency….andy other schools have a worka round short of changing the school levels to a single “school”? Or a better system then Clever/One Roster? Hoe about EdLink?

  • @Kate Kovacs Hello I had worked through something similar this summer getting my school up and running with clever.

for this particular issue I had to map my grade levels

    core→ settings → integration mappings→ “Grade Level”

The grade level mappings are governed by

even after mapping my grade levels I did still have to reach out and have Clever support to fix the integration on their end. IT took quite a back and forth to get this finally accomplished hopefully I have at least saved you a step or two.
