North Carolina BBMS
Good afternoon all! Quick question for North Carolina RE users. My team is in the process of moving from GiveSmart to BBMS. However, we have received a lot of pushback from our cashier's office because of the North Carolina's policy on processing debits.
Has anyone run into these issues before? If so, how can you go around it? Any sort of help is greatly appreciated!

@Jose Carnero Can you explain what is different about the process for this between GiveSmart and BBMS?

@Christine Robertson our cashier has issues with BBMS processing direct debits as an ACH from a checking account. It appears though that we can choose to not have that as an option when creating our forms. GiftSmart has that option, and I just found out BBMS has that as well so it should be good for us to go.
