Marking an action complete in a workflow

I have created workflows that include the sending of an email and then the action that the email was sent but how do you mark the action complete other than going into the list and doing it manually???

    @Beth Chipley - Unfortunately, the only way to mark the action complete is outside of the NXT Workflow. You'll either need to do it manually or through a global change.

    Alternatively, if you were to use Power Automate you could automate the entire use case rather than pieces of it. You'll also have more control over the specific details/actions, a true ability to customize a workflow to your organization’s exact specifications. Check out this blog for more information:
