How to upload a budget?

New NXT user and I can't figure out how to upload budgets, I've read this a few times and I just don't see the “Administration” on the navigation bar (screenshot attached).

Any ideas? Am I missing a role possibly?

    Hi, you are confusing 2 different thing here.

    The link you were reading has to do with Financial Edge database view's ability to import. This is not the same as FE NXT webview ability to upload budget using EXCEL add-in.

    Is the ability to import csv files gone in NXT? I had that process down to a science in Database view and found it extremely easy to replicate every year. Do we have to use an NXT Add-in or can we still upload/import csv files for account and project budgets in NXT? Thanks.

    I don't think it is gone YET.

    However, Blackbaud has announced (for over a year now) that FE database view WILL “completely” go away (I think Q3) of this year, 2024. When Blackbaud DOES TURN OFF database view of FE, you will not be able to use import in database view and must use the Excel Add-in

    That's my fear too, Alex. I did, however, get a nice note from someone at Blackbaud who assured me that eventually, Budgets would be uploadable in NXT from csv files again. I hope this is true, and that they don't create a gap where we can no longer upload the files we already created in the database, AND we are forced to use a 3rd party app to re-create these files in NXT.
