Send email to fundraisers from Workflow

Hello!

I am setting up a Workflow that adds an action to fundraisers after a first gift is received. Is it also possible to send an email to fundraisers to alert them after the action has been added?

    @Shaun Grace - Unfortunately NXT Workflows can only do two things, add actions to RE or send emails to constituent records. You'd be better off looking at Power Automate to set up this gift notification, you'll be able to customize it to your exact specification without workaround.

    @Shaun Grace As a workaround since we don’t have Power Automate, we use an action report and schedule it daily (or if you prefer – weekly or monthly) to the fundraiser. So it’s a twostep process; creating the workflow to add the action then creating/scheduling the report to the fundraiser. It’s not perfect, in that the report is sent even if there are no actions that fit the criteria, but at least it’s something that alerts the fundraiser.
