@Moriah Petersen Griffin not sure if Jess has your needs covered it is sounding to me like you have data that is already on a form and you would like to attach that form to a students record but only certain people can view the form?

for this you can use:

core → System tools → Bulk upload

1) core → System tools → Bulk upload → Manage user files → add folder/add file name

something like Folder “Medical info” File Name “Dietary Restrictions”

2)

core → System tools → Bulk upload → Bulk upload Files

into the folder you have just created

3) most important part

core → System tools → Bulk upload → Manage user files →edit (next to the folder/file you just created)

set the permissions of Roles who should see the information.
