Printing Batch Validation & Posting Reports

Ugh….we are seriously killing trees with these validation and posting reports! What was once 3-4 pages are now 34 PAGES!!! What the heck Blackbaud!!! The report parameter is a smaller font report, but the report is printing everything AND I cannot see the account description on the report.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, do you have a solution?

on the validation / post parameter, which report ? standard or customized one that may include more fields. Once you add anything beyond the standard, it does remove the account description to allow room for extra fields like Project ID, etc.

The report parameter is Batch Detail Rpt - Smaller Font - we used this report in database view. It is not the same format for webview. I believe the font is too big, that is one of the reasons why everything is not show up. Secondly, The account number includes the description. In the data base view, the account and the description were separate. Lastly, in database view, if there was no project #, there was not a separate line for the project ID and description. In the webview, there is a separate line for every transaction for the project ID/description even if the there is no project identified.
