Errors in viewing inquiries and applications
Howdy y'all,
We're unable to view any applications or inquiries this morning. Every one we open gives us an error:
I am opening a support ticket but is this only us? (We have two databases and both are affected, and I have confirmed with multiple staff members that they are receiving the same error.) Obviously this is pretty fundamental to what we do, it goes without saying.
@Kelsey Huijgen, @Jessi Walters, @Bryna Gleich, @Bryan Lorenzo, anyone else that can help who I'm not thinking of because I'm kind of panicking at the moment – help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Brian,I've received both inquires and applications and seem to be functioning with no issues, I can view, process and print them. I hope whatever you're experiencing can be fixed quickly. Hang in there.

@Shannon Krise @Karla McNamee @Nancy Kierstead - well, at least misery loves company. I have opened a support ticket and this is apparently a known issue, so at least Blackbaud is aware even though the status site doesn't reflect this. If you would like to get hooked up to my ticket to be notified when it's fixed my ticket number is 019710683. Hopefully this doesn't take too long to fix - Friday is our decision day (we're a rolling admissions school) and it's going to be an adventure trying to enter decisions without being able to see an application.

Looks like we are back to normal this morning. If you were having trouble, you may want to check to see if your files are able to be viewed. Hopefully the fix that was implemented holds up!

I'm having the same issue trying to get our official transcript requests to load… and had that issue last week as well in Enrollment Management with applications.0 -
