How to add delivery information from online gift membership orders to membership cards?

Constituents have the option to gift memberships through our website and can choose where to deliver the membership. The Blackbaud Altru hosting page is outdated and confusing to navigate for users, which in turn makes it unclear to me which address the giver wants the membership card delivered to.

Our current gift membership card template includes the following merge fields for the address section: «PRIMARYADDRESSEE», «ADDRESS», «CITY», «STATE», and «ZIP». However, if the giver wants the membership card mailed to an address different from the recipient's primary address and the giver's address, I have no way of knowing that unless I manually go to the recipient's constituent profile > click “Membership” > scroll down to “Recent membership transactions” > click “Amount” to view “Transaction summary” > click “Delivery” to view “Delivery information" > copy/paste the listed mailing address.

Doing this for each gift membership is tedious and time-consuming, so I tried to look for a merge field that contains this “Delivery information” and tried to build an ad-hoc query, but I can't figure out a way to pull that kind of detail from a membership transaction.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Is there a more streamlined process? Or is manually looking up each gift membership recipient the only solution? Hope this makes sense. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Are you using your query through the print membership cards process? When we have gift membership cards to print, the CSV file includes these additional fields drawn from the constituent's record: deliverto (giver/recipient), Giftfrom, GiftMessage, Giveraddress, GiverCity, Giverstate, Giverzip. These fields make it easy so sort which go to the giver and which to the recipient.

We also use a query that pulls only gift memberships up to a specific date through the Print Cards process. That gives us the option to only pull gift memberships. We run that query first, so that the system marks all those cards as printed, then run the regular print membership card process.
