Incoming Parent / Student Access Issues

Within the past couple of days, I've had a small handful of incoming students and parents of incoming students experiencing issues when authenticating their Blackbaud accounts.

The two errors they've sent say “you cannot access this right now - your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource” and “more information needed - your organization needs more information to keep your account secure”.

One of the email addresses is a @me.com domain and the other is a custom domain (i.e. not gmail/yahoo/etc). Has anyone else experienced similar issues with incoming families?
