Incoming Parent / Student Access Issues

Within the past couple of days, I've had a small handful of incoming students and parents of incoming students experiencing issues when authenticating their Blackbaud accounts.

The two errors they've sent say “you cannot access this right now - your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource” and “more information needed - your organization needs more information to keep your account secure”.

One of the email addresses is a @me.com domain and the other is a custom domain (i.e. not gmail/yahoo/etc). Has anyone else experienced similar issues with incoming families?

@Michael Clark What resources are they trying to access? Also, what browser? We have had big time issues with Safari in private mode (to the point that we have basically told people not to use it) and I'm wondering if that might have something to do with this.

They actually are using Safari. I'm not sure about private mode but I will ask. Thanks!
