how to change a withdrawal date
a group of students were withdrawn just before the master rollover with an incorrect withdrawal date (the date should have been after the academic year)- as a result the student's most recent academic year is not listed on transcripts and instead in the dropped courses.
any advice on how to change the withdrawal dates?

In Core under the Access tab you should be able to “Edit School Enrollment” and change the “Depart Date” there.

@Maria Spencer depending on how many you need to update, you could also do an import with the correct date by going to Core>System tools>Data import. Category would be student and the type would be depart date change. Know this from experience ?
