How to create new billing years?

Hello - I am trying to figure out how to add a new billing year to Billing Management. Everything I have found in the documentation simply addresses how to configure a billing year that already exists - how do I add a new year to configure??

    We figured this out - you go into the Billing → Billing Years for the current year, click the ‘Edit billing year’ button, scoll to the bottom of the dialog box, check off the items you want to copy forward, then click ‘Save’. Not intuitive and very poorly documented, but there you have it.
