Struggling to see where the list of future release dates for CRM and BBIS are documented
Is this available or do we have to contact support to get this information?

CRM and BBIS typically release a service pack update once per quarter. The exact date will vary based on the nature of the updates and our agile product development process. For critical issues, we release hot fixes as needed.We plan to release service pack 38 in early October.
