Member info that visited during a certain time period

Has any one build a report that shows the members that have visited during a certain time frame?

  • @Jenny Smith Hi. I see it's been 3 weeks since you posted this, but if you still need to do this.

  • @MB Wilkinson Thanks for checking! I was able to find the right combo of record information for an ad-hoc query

  • @MB Wilkinson - I am looking to do this as well - How do you run this report?

  • @Chris Constas

Start by creating an ad hoc constituent query to show active members. Save with ‘create selection’ checked off.
Run a sales order query. Include the Order complete date in your output, which gives the date and time. Then go to the selection folder to find the ad-hoc query for ‘active members’ and add it to the output. It shows yes or no. If you are only looking for members, then put it in the criteria as yes. Last, in Excel sort by date and time and filter out unwanted times. * caution active members only shows who is active on the day you pull the report - not the day of purchase. If I am looking at past time frames, I include criteria for orders where (any) Member discount is used.

I hope this helps. It's not as cumbersome as it sounds! I do this frequently. Once it's built you just plug in new dates.
