Creating Actions with Outlook

Hi everyone,

I just found out that you can use Outlook to create Actions in RE. So, on the Manage screen, it says, Approve change in access to your Blackbaud data? “The publisher has requested an update to their app's scopes. Review the data access changes below and provide approval if you agree with them.”

The two options are Current Access and Requested Access. Currently it says that I have Full Data Access. The other option for Requested Access says Limited Access/ Raiser's Edge/ Read/Write.

At the bottom it reads, “Until you approve the changes, or if you don't approve them, the application continues to function with the level of data access you previously authorized”.

My question to the group is, if I select “Approve” will I lose Full Data Access?

What's the best advice for this?

    We have gmail, but based on your description, you actually would want to accept the lesser access so the app would not have access to your whole db, just the areas needed for the action entry.
