NXT Standard Operating Procedures
Greetings.
Has anyone created a document to guide staff on how to properly enter transactions, constituents, etc. in NXT that they'd be willing to share? I've seen some here for Database entry, but not NXT. I'm looking to create an SOP document for my team and hoping not to have to start from scratch. Thanks.

@Len Gutman, I mostly create Policy and Procedures for database view but have 1 written for NXT for our Partner Relations Dept. You can find it (labeled with NXT) hosted at Keep&Share with the other how-to files I've uploaded. ?

@Terri Watson, I hope you find them helpful. I haven't created many for NXT as our Partner Relations department uses NXT for contacting constituents and the rest is performed in database view.

- Wondering if you have had any success finding more NXT related info. As you said there are lots of references for Database - but not for NXT.
