donations forms and Merchant Account supporting Blackbaud Checkout

Staff member who is responsible for donation forms is struggling. She said directions to update forms go fine until selecting a “Merchant Account that supports Blackbaud Checkout.” We have one BBMS account and that account is used on a form where she doesn't get the error but gets the error for other forms.

Any suggestions on where she needs to start - how do we tell if our account does support BB checkout? What is different?

    The reported error is part of Blackbaud's migration to Blackbaud Checkout and BBMS. To resolve the error, choose the BBMS account from the drop-down and save.

    Let me know if you encounter any other errors.

    @David Seager Staff person just replied and said this did not resolve issue.

    “This fix didn’t work. It is still saying that our template part that uses our BBMS account is not a Blackbaud Checkout supported merchant account.”

    Other ideas?

    She plans to call support today.

    @JoAnn Strommen She called support and found out the directions in the email from BB on how to update donation forms were incorrect!!! Got corrected directions from support person and is fixing forms.
