Unresolved order
I have an unresolved order that the customer did online. It states that “- An error occurred while building an item in the cart. To complete the order, edit the item and enter any missing information. If you are unable to edit the item, remove it from the cart and re-create it.” the person filled it out online and the payment went through. I'm not sure how to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

My co-worker removed the order and input it back in and it took care of it without removing the payment.0
