Is there a way to access sent email metrics like clicks, opens through the Luminate Online API?

Not REST API, but you can do it through https://developer.blackbaud.com/lo-api/web-services/operations/query I think. I haven't tried it though.

It can be done through Luminate WS, check out
https://developer.blackbaud.com/lo-api/web-services/types/emailDelivery

One thing you currently can't get is Clickthrough Details. We are using WS to build data warehouse for reporting. email Delivery is tricky, because refreshing email stats does not update the LastChanged field, so you might need to keep that in mind when querying.
