I'm trying to give our guidance counselor access to see official notes

I tried giving her the comments manager role but that doesn't seem to be the solution. Anyone know the role or how to do this?

    To give a person access to official notes in Blackbaud, follow these general steps:

    1. Log in to Blackbaud: Access your Blackbaud account with the appropriate credentials.

    3. Select the User. ind and select the user you want to grant access to. You may need to search for their name or user ID.

    4. Modify Permissions: Look for a section related to permissions or roles. You may need to edit their current role or create a new one that includes access to official notes.

    5. Grant Access to Official Notes: Ensure that the permission for viewing or editing official notes is checked or enabled for that user.

    6. Save Changes. After adjusting the permissions, make sure to save your changes.

    7. Notify the User: Inform the user that they now have access to the official notes and provide any necessary guidance on how to access them.

    @Barbara V Glass Thanks, I realized I gave them access but I didn't realize that the process is not instantaneous, It takes a while for that role to show anything once it is activated.
