@Arancha Lattanzio @Ray Borkman I agree, applicants would benefit from quick-fire video guides to help navigate the process of creating a new BBID, logging in, resetting passwords, and navigating the new portal. These are the top 4 enquiry types to our grantmaking inbox. Not all grant applicants are professional fundraisers, we know that our applicants are frequently small-charity volunteers who would benefit from clearer guidance on the new portal.

I guess I need more specific on this then… At the link I provided there's the video Managing User Access to New Applications and Forms and the Blackbaud University Training: Blackbaud University: Grants Manager New Applicant Portal Learning Path among other videos, how-to's, ad courses. Can you give me some more details of what you are looking for?

@Arancha Lattanzio Here is something I created on how to create an account in the new system. This lives on our website and I imagine I'll add to it as I get more common questions/issues from grantee partners.

We haven't onboarded all our grantee partners to the new application portal so this seems to be fine for now.

@Audrey Kidwell Thank you! Yes, this is super clear for grant applicants and is the sort of thing we have started to put together as well.

@Ray Borkman Is there a video walk through version of this process (ie, creating a new BBID account) from grant applicants perspective? In addition, a similar video walk through to show how to reset passwords and other common enquiries? It would be much more useful to have central guidance on this, rather than individual funders all creating their own guidance.
