How do I run a query or a report that concatenates information for each Consituent ID as a single record?

    @Peter Cholakis:

    @Peter Cholakis Hi Peter, can you elaborate on this for us? What information pieces are you trying to concatenate? Perhaps describe your desired output. If you are trying to merge two different fields into one output cell, you are going to need to do that with a formula in Excel, but I feel like that's not what you are asking.

    I saw you posted this question in another spot as “How to a create a report/query that outputs all information for a single Constituent ID. I keep getting multiple rows/records.” This happens in Query when your ouputs have a “one to many” field such as Constituent ID, or Phone Type. (So each Const ID will be it's own line.) If you want the data on one line, you can do this in Export in database view. If you haven't used export before, this Knowledgebase article will start you off as it links to the documentation.
