Hi @Crystal Bruce! I'm most excited about TDE - Total Database Encryption. That really helps me drive home why we shouldn't be exporting more than necessary. I've already turned on Red Arc's Bulletin Board on our home pages with a reminder to folks to come to me so I can help them personalize their home page! I'm hoping to partake in some EAPs - I don't think I have time not to. And while I'm sad business rules and default sets won't come until 2026, I'm totally excited that they will be coming. I like Unified View a lot better than Total Web Solution, and I'll be happy to drop prefixing everything with dbv or wv. . . Looking forward to what the rest of the week has in-store.

Hi @Crystal Bruce Loving the personalized Home Page and query connector. Both are helping to make the move to webview. Looking forwad to the time when we can fully use gift batch.

I'm interested to see the integration with Constant Contact and the Blackbaud Copilot. I look forward to hearing more about the Direct mail and email enhancement in the future. I really think the event forms and capabilities need to be more robust and am a little dissapointed in the lack of improvement and conversation about it when we all have donor and prospect events.1 -
I am looking forward to seeing the continued integration and migration of the back end tools to webview! I know this is going to make everything much more user friendly for everyone!

So much goodness in the PUB! Probably most looking forward to seeing the new Batch Gift Entry and how it might streamline gift processing. I was also excited about the SMS feature through the Constant Contact integration, but that is something our org will need to figure out since we don't currently use Constant Contact. My awesome Database Coordinator, @Zach Brown, mentioned he liked the Copilot Integration and thought that would be helpful. Great update and we look forward to all the enhancements coming!0 -
Queries seem to run faster in NXT and I like the fact that they are working on grid batch entry - because without that function I'll still do batches in database view.

@Crystal Bruce The AI integration coming is incredibly exciting. My President and CEO was so impressed with the idea of the file summary in particular. Loved the idea that we wouldn't have to waste manpower on that.

@Crystal Bruce Personally, I can't wait for export. I've liked what I've seen so far from webview query, but haven't fully transitioned to webview only because I use export in tandem with query so often. For our larger team, I'm most excited to learn more about the Communications Overview and further developments in Direct Marketing (including segmentation and AI).

I'm excited for the Constant Contact integration and for exports to be brought to web view, specifically if it's enhanced to cut down on the need for a query.1 -
@Crystal Bruce Great to see progress being made on query and standard reports. Would like to be able to easily create a shortcut to most used standard reports on our home page.
Agree about the ability to have more favorites! I use this functionality so often in database view. I hope it isn't one tile for each type of favorite - query, export, import, report, etc. - and can be a single tile with everything there. Again - I'm just looking for choices in how I customize, that are comparable to database view. Don't take me backward!

@Crystal Bruce while many of the new functionality is great, the customers I work with just need a lot of database view functionality to be available in webview. That is the main reason they cannot start testing webview. It's almost like worrying about the frosting and decorations for a cake when you don't have a good cake, or any cake at all.
Anything related to streamlined gift entry and acknowledgements / receipts is good. Every nonprofit does this, but not every nonprofit is equipped for moves management and prospecting. I really wish all of gift and acknowledgement functionality had been prioritized much sooner. The fact that we are still waiting for the ability to easily and natively generate printed acknowledgements is a big disappointment.Just letting you know what I'm hearing / experiencing from the Blackbaud customers that we help to support!

@Crystal BruceI listened in on Tuesday but had interruptions and missed a little. So, I'll be re-watching. I've noticed the duplicate management tool seems to be catching duplicates even faster. I'm excited for all that is coming!

We are definitely looking forward to using the new optimized donation forms. We recently redid our website and were looking for new ways to refresh our giving pages and this is it! WIth the ability to add photos and stories / quotes from our students it will give the page a fresh new look and hopefully draw in donors who will be able to give to our school using the quick and easy to use interface now available! Looking forward to rolling this out over the summer having ready for our fall school and annual fund launch!0 -

Glad to hear they are finally, finally building out Batch Entry with all the things. It's missing so much. Standard Reports, wanna see how it's gonna work once everything is moved over and Query needs it partner Export, which is now a mention.
They keep saying use it, use it now and give us feedback. I would like to see a session or something on shortcuts – All this click and point has slowed me down. Need to know what can be keyed, and what are the rules (like I've noticed that if you type in a date you have to do YYYY not just YY, it chokes)- as an example.

Other than quick batch and the ability to use templates for batches, I am looking forward to when Direct Debits are available through RENXT in the UK! We currently use JustGiving's Giving Checkout to offer DD sign up online after unsatisfactory experience with another provider, but it's limited due to how JG is set up to offer it. This looks like it will potentially offer more flexibility and be more straightforward to manage.0 -

@Crystal Bruce Definitely Export - moving Query to webview has really helped empower the wider (non-Data!) team, and having Export will enable them to fully own their work without having to flip to RE7.

@Crystal Bruce I would like to see Favorits similar to WV. All my tasks are in my favorites in the order that they need to be completed by job. We really need to be able to organize Favorites in our own and not just duplicate the Query list by folder.

@Crystal Bruce there has been so much great information shared in the product updates/briefing in the last week! I'm excited by the pledge feature of the donation forms - would really like to see that feature extended to a non credit card/ach option so that a pledge form would be available to offer for employee campaigns and payroll deduction.
