Determine who processed a refund

Few staff are out of office and looking at merchant service report and see refund, and curious to know who processed and why. Not doubting legitimacy of it. I was told however from support there is no tracking for that, no way to know from BB who processed it. Is anyone else simply blown away by the lack of basic services that BB does not provide, especially for the exorbitant about of $ they charge? We all have unique log ins. How can they not capture something so simple? Yes, i can and will email our staff to find our who did it, but that's not the point. We pay for a Rolls Royce but get Mazda capabilities.

    @David Rosner You shouldn't be surprised that level 1 support doesn't have that capacity, but that may not mean that it doesn't exist. Have you tried to escalate it to see if someone higher up can do it? Support does sometime leave a lot to be desired.

  • @Dariel Dixon I did not. And should have to and wont waste anymore time on this issue. Beyond frustarted overall with their customer service. And for the price we pay, I should be surprised!

    @David Rosner I don't disagree there. Support is disappointing often. Speak with your account rep and let them know of your disappointment. We have to speak up if we want to see some changes.
