in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions

We had transitioned our emails over to NXT and love the user friendly experience, but the photos in the emails are being received as blurry. We have followed all the troubleshooting tips from Blackbaud Support, but images are still blurry. They look good in a test, but once we hit send, blurry. Anyone else experiencing this? Is Blackbaud doing anything to improve the functionality? We've now been forced backwards and have to use OLX for emails to ensure photo quality. Thanks for any feedback!

    @Carolyn Russell We have not had this issue. Are you sizing down your images to the actual display size before uploading?

    @Evan Webb thanks! We were, and then Blackbaud troubleshooting advised saving images 2x the specs. That did not work. We thought is was a “scheduled send” issue, but recent emails that were not scheduled have been blurry.
