missing address on receivable invoices

We can print receivable invoices just fine as long as the vendor was originally created in the data base view. For new clients entered in FENXT, the address will not print on the invoice. Any thoughts? I have a case open and they are working on it but I thought I would ask here as well. Thank you in advance for any advice.

    @Patty Breeding Glad to hear you have an open case, that is the perfect route so this can be tracked. As we finalize full functionality for AR in webview, this item will likely be addressed soon.

  • @Patty BreedingI have a similar problem, but mine is that the entire address prints on one line for new clients that I add through web view. They have not solved this issue yet.

  • @Betsy Richburg I also have a case open since April, having the same issue with new addresses in web in receivables, prints on 1 line.

  • @Betsy RichburgWe have that same problem. By accident, I added a line to the street address portion and it forced the city, state and zip on the second line. Not sure if it would work again.
