RENEXT - Best practice for updating constituents postal addresses to ensure they are accurate?

How do you ensure that constituent postal addresses are up to date?
Do you for example send an email out to constituents to ask if this is still accurate?
A form or maybe a link. I am curious to know how others update the postal address records?

@Lorna Wolski If you aren't using AddressFinder, that is a good place to start to obtain moves that have been updated with the USPS. It's part of all RE NXT packages and can run automatically 4 times per year.

@Christine Robertson @Lorna Wolski Royal Mail does maintain a NCOA gone away suppression file for people who have informed them that they have moved. We've used Loqate in the past as we also use their API with SmartZip for address verification/validation - but there will probably be other companies in the UK that offer something similar.
