ACH Files and Payment Remittances

The ACH and Payment Remittance Files no longer automatically show up in the downloads folder once processed. If I don't immediately click on the new pop-up notifications, they disappear. This either needs to be fixed or scrap the “new and improved” process.

I was reading the update, and it seems the finished checks or efts, should have a notification, the little bell in the top right, and you're able to download the eft file there once completed. Do you see them there?

  • @Kevin Brazell
Yes, but if you don't select them in a timely manner, they're gone. Previously, the ACH payment remittance checks and bank upload file automatically downloaded into your Downloads file.

That happened to my ACH file for my EFTs and then it showed up the next day in my downloads. It's now happening to my check file. I used to have to export the file and then print. It was handy to have the starting and ending numbers so I could verify the numbers. I hope I don't have to void and reissue my checks like I did my EFTs.

  • @Kevin Brazell Thank you for the tip about the little bell. I did find my download there!

Thank you. It was there from yesterday. So frustrating. And I spent an hour on the Chat with no results. I did not need to reprint my EFT's. Just the notebook file. What do you call that thing you send to the bank, btw?

@Robin Last for EFT's the file is called a NACHA file. extension should be .ACH

  • @Kevin Brazell
NACHA, naturally. LOL I have been doing this for over a year and didn't know what to call it.
