Hi all, happy Friday! Am I overlooking more detailed email analytics? I went to look at an email and this is all I can see, is RENXT not recording a simple time stamp for when emails deployed?

Also for bounces - how are we able to tell which are hard vs soft?

    • Hard Bounce Report in Email Marketing
    • Export opt out and bounce lists from web view email
    • View Bounce Types in RE NXT Marketing emails
    • Add Hard Bounce and Soft Bounce as list filters
    • Constituent list filters to include email history
