“Charging transactions is only supported for credit card or direct debit payments with a payment transaction ID.”

We're using the API of RE NXT to send gift information from our system.

This error has appeared in gift batches since last week (before that, recurring gift payments were processing successfully):

“Charging transactions is only supported for credit card or direct debit payments with a payment transaction ID.”

I'm not sure what's going on, since we're creating manual gifts and we're not sending payment information to RE NXT.
