Budget Creator and Journal Entry Batch Creator Disappeared
Hi, anyone else using these 2 amazing Excel add-in and notice it just went away?
My finance team is reporting this issue and I just verified that it is gone from my excel too. IT team is working with Blackbaud on this but no resolution yet.
Anyone has experience to share would be great.

I've had issues with those 2 add-ins prior; however, my excel version was too old. Do you launch excel through Outlook - Microsoft 365 Apps? Also, have tried using Microsoft Edge browser to launch Microsoft 365 apps.

we use Office 365, and have Excel locally installed on the desktop. We launch directly from desktop app, not browser.

@Erik Leaver @Ben Wong Not sure if this is something you can help resolve. Support is telling our IT guy that the issue has something to do with the "new way" of doing the app using SKY API.
