SKY API Quota Increase Question

Our company recently had our SKY API daily call limit upgraded to 100,000 as a result of joining the Blackbaud Partner Program and listing our product on the Blackbaud Marketplace.
We have a customer currently experiencing an issue where their SKY API calls are still capped at 1,000 per day. To resolve this, we are wondering if our customers need to disconnect our application from their Raiser's Edge NXT environment and reinstall it via the marketplace.

Sharing a comment from @Chris Rogers on a related thread:

Your access to Customer or Partner developer entitlements is determined by your Developer Team affiliation. This is described a bit under the Developer Account section of our Basic documentation.

If you're not associated with your organization's Developer Team today (which you can access through My teams), you'll need to have a team admin invite you. Here is our Developer Team documentation, including how to get invited to the team. I'll provide feedback from this thread back to my team to see if we can clarify this better.

Once your team affiliation is set, you can self-serve your subscription upgrade by visiting My subscriptions and claiming your upgrade.

@Zack Dawson did this get resolved? FYI - We just released a new feature that lets you set your app to "production" mode from the Team page. This will give the app any quota upgrades that your team is eligible for.
