Hello everyone,

Do you include the courses the students are taking in your transcripts?

With the new trancript builder this is no longer an option. I tried asuggestion posted here on 2020, but it doesn't work for us.

In the new transcript builder, you can set an option to include or exclude courses without grades.

In the Course/Groupsgrid, edit the section. About halfway down the dialog you will find the Courses to include section. You can choose:

  • Suppress courses without grades, comments, or ratings
  • Include all courses regardless of grades, comments, or ratings

Include all courses will include courses in progress.

    I am pretty sure we are using the new transcript builder, the tab just says Transcripts and the one next to it says "Transcript Builder Old." Yes, we do include the courses students are taking on the transcript, this is very important for seniors applying to college so they can see what courses students are enrolled in the rest of the year. I have the Include all courses regardless of grades or comments selected.

    Thanks, yes we also have that option selected. What's happening is that after selecting that option some courses appear duplicated. We are still trying to figure out why.
