Use [[S120:dc:custom:custom_stringxx]] to get custom donation field into a TR autoresponder?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a custom donation field value into the Somebody Made a Donation on Your Behalf AR for a TeamRaiser. I know [[S120:dc:custom:custom_stringxx]] works in a regular donation form AR, but it seems not to 'reach' when used applied to a TR AR. Does anyone know of a method to get this information onto the AR email?

    Thanks for your question. If you input [[S120:help]] into the body content area of the message, save it and then preview it, it will show you which S120 S-Tags can be used in that autoresponder in the preview. Also, this documentation link shows what is possible using the S120 S-Tag. I am unsure, without testing, if the TeamRaiser autoresponders can display S120 donation context S-Tags as the donation was made by someone else and it is not in direct relation to the person who the autoresponder is going to. What I recommend instead is to ask that from this autoresponder, you can ask that they log in to view the details of the gift in their Participant Center.

    Finally, if you think that this might a good addition to Luminate Online, it might be worth it to add this as an idea to the Luminate Online Idea Bank by clicking on the "Have an idea" in the top right when logged in as an admin on Luminate Online. At the Luminate Online Idea Bank, you can also vote on other user submitted ideas that you may help improve the product as well.
