Power BI Connector to RENXT Broken with new laptop

Hoping someone can help!

Since getting a new laptop, I have not been able to get the Blackbaud connector to RENXT recognized by Power BI. I am getting this error when refreshing my dataset: The import Blackbaud.Contents matches no exports.”

The connector worked beautifully on my old laptop (which has since crashed and I no longer have access). My Blackbaud application is still active and connected with full access.

I have redownloaded the zip file from github and recreated the Blackbaud.mez file close to 10 times now at the following location: "C:\Users\faryns\Documents\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors\Blackbaud.mez". I have been following @Alex Wong's excellent instructions here:

I have double-checked every detail.

Would it help to delete and recreate the application in Blackbaud? Can more than one computer use the same application and keys?

I know its bbcon this week, but I'd really appreciate any insight! My team relies heavily on the reports I've built using this connector.

You might also have your IT dept. try the same steps & see if they are successful. See:

Let us know how that goes.

Also, if this option is too difficult, the alternative (and for many, preferred) is to use the Power Automate Query connector.

I have spent 2 days tryong t figure out with the connector will not show up in my desktop BI, I have followed all the directions and done it multplie times to no avail.
