Cannot enable new "Standardize format for phone numbers"

Today's "What's New for November 18" included instructions for enabling an automatic phone format for contact cards in Core, but after selecting the Default country I don't see the option to enable phone number validation. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

@Erin Caprielian - Erin, Blackbaud rolls out the updates over the course of the day. Sometimes I have them available when I arrive first thing in the morning, and other times, it is later in the morning. You may also want to log out and back in.

I don't see it either. Sometimes a new feature gets a slow rollout over several hours, and sometimes it gets pulled from the update after the announcement goes out. Check it again in a few hours.

@Scott Chrysler Thanks, Scott; I did try logging out and back in but still didn't see it. I wish Blackbaud would either withhold announcements until after updates are fully rolled out, or finish the rollout before announcing, or word the announcements to note that the updates will be available through the course of the day. The wording says, "Schools can now…" which implies that it's available at the time of the announcement.

It's probably being rolled out in stages throughout the day. I've had access since 8:00 am.

You don't select the country, but simply enter the number and as long as you've entered the correct country code and number of digits, it will resolve accordingly:
