What's the release date for the redesigned Faculty Assignment Experience?

Has Blackbaud announced an official release date for the redesigned Faculty Assignment Experience? I watched the October webinar (great demo presentation from @Michael Morrissette) and the follow up email with the recording link said, "Join our Early Adopter Program and get early access before the December release."

Is it releasing this month (December)? If so, I'd like to be able to give our teachers a heads up before their interface changes so knowing the exact date will be helpful. Thanks!

P.S. I believe it's an opt-in feature, but it would still be great to be able to share info about it prior to break if it'll definitely be released this month.

    Hi @Erin Caprielian - The scheduled release will be happening on 12/16 (This can always change as we're in the final leg of ironing out some wrinkles). You are correct, it will be an opt-in feature, so even when we make it available to all of you, you'll still need to enable it to make it accessible to your faculty.

    One more question: will there be training videos available on the Blackbaud Faculty Resources page or YouTube channel? There's a lot to cover so it would be awesome if we can point teachers to an existing resource. Thanks again!

    There is a video on YouTube. It appears in a window every time a teacher goes to the Assignments page. (I think that the new feature must be activated for your teachers to see the video on Assignments.)

    @Michael Morrissette - can you make the "Dismiss" option sticky so that teachers don't see the video every time they go to Assignments all day long?

    @Michael Morrissette @Crystal Bruce We did NOT enable the new Assignment Experience but it appeared this morning for all teachers. What happened?

    @Erin Caprielian Apologies, yes, the new experience was accidentally turned on for all schools. The team is working on rolling that update back, and put it into the Activate New Features area so you can enable it when you're ready.

    @Brian Gray That dismiss should prevent the modal from populating any longer. Is that same behavior still occurring for you all? If so, I would suggest a ticket to Support so an engineer can look into that.

    @Michael Morrissette - The Dismiss link is working as expected today. Both my fake teacher and I saw the video dialog once, and then not again after clicking Dismiss.
