Emailing to non-constituent relationships in Constant Contact

Can you send emails to non-constituent relationships via Constant Contact? I don't believe so, but want to confirm.

    Hello @Karen Diener. Great question! You are able to import non-constituents through Constant Contact, however the integration only brings in the primary email address of the constituent. So any non-constituents would need to be imported through another import method like a spreadsheet.

    If the non-constituent opens the email, clicks a link, opts out, or takes any other action, what would sync back to RE? Anything? Would it land on the constituent's record or the non-constituent's record?

    @Karen Diener Since non constituents are not being synced from NXT through the integration, engagement will not be synced into NXT. You would leverage the reporting in Constant Contact directly to see engagement with those contacts.
