The new 'Gift Posting' feature in NXT

Hi,

We have done some testing to try this new feature but we found that the 'journal' that is generated as the export file does not show the columns of information we need to then run that file into our SAP accounting system. I spoke with Blackbaud Support and they confirmed that the journal report is hard coded and cannot be changed. Can i put forward an idea to allow for extra columns such as Fund ID and Bank Account be added to the export file? Thanks

    If not, create a post, share it here and others will vote to support it. Yes, Fund ID would sure be nice and for those with multiple bank accounts I can see that you would want that info.

    I second for you to add the idea to the bank and then let us know what it is so we can vote for it! I'd also like to see gift ID in the available fields.
