Restore BBMS Account Visibility + Editing in RE NXT Grid View

Since the launch of RE NXT Grid View for gift processing, pending incoming debit/credit card gift batches no longer display the BBMS account from which a gift will be processed.

Previously, I could:
— See which BBMS account a gift would process from
— Change the BBMS account within the pending batch before approval

This functionality's useful for organizations with multiple BBMS accounts. In our case, we have five. Before Grid View launched, when a gift was received via a main online giving page designated for one of our Colleges, I could correct BBMS, aligning it with the gift's designation, during pending batch gift processing.

After speaking with Blackbaud Help, I understand this feature's not currently available in Grid View.

    This is disappointing! I hope Blackbaud recognizes that this is a feature that prevents you from using the new functionality in webview. They encourage users to try adopting it early - which I completely understand - but I feel like the reasons that it is not adopted go unnoticed.

    I highly recommend that you search the Idea Bank to see if this issue already exists. If so, vote on it, add your use case as a comment, and then encourage others to vote it up by posting in this thread. If it does not exist, please add the idea and encourage others to vote!

    My standard note about the Idea Bank: It looks like it is part of the Blackbaud Community UNTIL you try to vote on something. Then you are presented with login information which can be confusing because you (or maybe it's just me) think that they are already logged in to the community. It's a different product, so you'll need another username and password in order to vote.
