Faculty Records: Certification Tracking

Our school tracks teaching certifications yearly. Currently this is managed in an external spreadsheet. Is there a way to add this information a faculty user record. I see where we can add and admin publishable field, and right now that has been my only soultion. Does anyone manage certification information for teachers, ideally, we would want to house the ID number and expiration date for easy access and reporting annually.

  • We use admin viewable only fields for this. We put all of the info - certificate type and specific levels/subjects certified for along with the expiration date. These could be separate fields. This just makes it easy to run a list. We also use the Education area to list degrees, majors, etc.
