View/Gifts from a fund to get list of donation in specific date range, Total and # Gifts

In database view, I can open a fund and select "View/Gifts". I can enter a specific date range and It will show me the list of gifts to that fund and give me a Total amount and Number of Gifts and I can export that list of gifts to that fund. In RE NXT I can go to funds and locate the specific fund but cannot find where to see a list of gifts to that fund at all let alone find gifts by specific date range and easily see the total number of gifts and total amount during that date range?

If you would like to go from the fund record in web view, there is a filter for dates at the top (see picture), though there isn't an option for a custom range. From there, you can see the total on the tiles. Then, you can click on the color section of any chart on the tiles for a fly out list of those gifts. You can create a gift list from there if you desire.

There is an idea in the idea bank requesting this functionality in WV. Please vote for it and please add a comment on the importance/use of this functionality for your organization. We've been told that the more detailed comments have impact on decisions of adding functionality.

@Shawn Jacobson It looks like you are showing a Gift List. Also, you may want to crop that image, as it is showing sensitive data.

@Sunshine Reinken Watson Thank you for mentioning the fly out list of gifts. I had no idea that you can click on the revenue total to get that detail from the fund. I was able to figure out how that works and saw the specific date range option to be able to get to specific gifts to that fund for a specific date range without having to build a query or report. It is not as easy as the database view but at least we now know where to go.

You are welcome! Charts on the dashboards are also clickable for lists of constituents, gifts, actions, etc. (depending on the chart type). It is very handy.
