Hello I have had a PA job running for a few years where if a file is updated in a bb host folder, the job is triggered.

I have tried rotating/ unlock to reset the password and editing the connection, but I can’t seem to get the connection ok, when I run test the connection, bb ftp account locks.

Has there been a change in the last few days? Does anyone know how to get this working again?

First try to make sure you can connect via SFTP to Blackbaud outside of Power Automate. Search for sftp client and you can pick which one you want to use if you don't already have one. May need to work with your IT team to determine what's allowed. Example: FileZilla
