How do you track opportunities that don't progress in the pipeline?

Hi,

one of the issues we currenlty have is that there are many opportunities stuck in the same status for months. We'd like to start tracking them better, and I'm thinking of two ways I'd like to do it:

  • a report that highlights the opportunities that are in the same status for more then 180 days. Does anyone know if it's possible to built a report like that in NXT? I tried with report builder but couldn't find a way. We are also using PowerBi, did somebody manage to build something like that on PowerBi, and if so, can you please explain how you did it?
  • an alert for the fundraisers assigned to the opportunity. So, if after xx days an opportunity hasn't moved, they receive an email. How could we create something like that? Through Power Automate? Again, if somebody has a template to share that'd be great, as I never used Power Automate before.

If somebody has any other suggestions on how to track and report on opportunities that don't move, i'm happy to hear them!

    In Dashboard Builder, try clicking on "Edit Properties" on the opportunity insight you are using, scroll to the bottom, and add the filter "Opportunity Status is overdue." Note that you will not be able to select "True" unless your opportunity status codes are configured (see this help article for that).

    This is another issue with RE NXT. You should be able to report or query off of Opportunity Statuses that are over due and by how much, but alas, that is not case. Certainly hope this can be implemented as time goes on, otherwise what is the purpose of having that to begin with. It should be a part of the Opportunity List that you can filter off of. Actually I find the opportunity lists in RE NXT one of the best things, something that never really existed in Database View.
